Snehan means oleation: making the body unctuous with medicated oils or ghee. It is the essential first step before the main Panchakarma procedures, and is also used on its own for dryness, stiffness, joint pain and stress. At Advait Ayurveda, Dr. Kalpit N. Goswami chooses the oil or ghee and the method for your body type.
