Kati Basti for back pain in Ahmedabad

Kati Basti is a local Ayurvedic therapy for the lower back. A ring made of black gram dough is placed on the lower back and filled with warm medicated oil, which is kept there for about 30–40 minutes. The warm oil nourishes the muscles, ligaments and discs and reduces stiffness and pain.
