Frequently asked questions
Why do my pimples keep coming back?
Recurring acne is usually driven by diet, digestion, hormones or stress. Treating only the skin surface gives short relief, so the plan targets these causes.
Can Ayurveda remove acne marks?
Marks fade as new pimples stop. Herbal face packs and good skin care help, but deep scars may need other treatment.
Is jawline acne linked to PCOD?
Often, yes. If you also have irregular periods or extra hair growth, a PCOD check is advised.

Pimples: the inside-out approach
Pimples (Yuvan Pidika) arise from Pitta and Kapha in the blood and skin. Constipation, oily and spicy food, late nights, hormonal changes and PCOD are common root causes, so creams alone rarely give lasting results.
- Wash the face twice a day with a mild cleanser; do not squeeze pimples
- Use face packs of sandalwood, multani mitti or neem as advised
- Reduce sweets, chocolates, fried food, dairy and bakery items
- Keep bowels regular and sleep before 11 pm
- Women with irregular periods and acne should get checked for PCOD
For acne marks
Once active pimples settle, herbal lepas (pastes) and diet help fade marks gradually over 2–3 months.
