What to expect at your first visit

Dr. Goswami takes a detailed history, checks your pulse and body type (prakriti) and reviews your reports and current medicines. You receive a written plan covering diet, daily routine, Ayurvedic medicines and, if needed, Panchakarma. Please bring recent blood reports and a list of the medicines you take. Do not stop any prescribed medicine on your own.
