Breakfast is considered the most important for health. 7 to 9 am is considered the best time for breakfast. Many people have breakfast in the morning and lunch in the afternoon. It can cause problems like gastritis, acidity and flatulence.
🟣 When should we have lunch?
Lunch should be taken between 12.30 pm and 2 pm after breakfast at a suitable time. This is the time when the metabolism works the fastest. At this time the food eaten is properly digested. If you are busy, you can have lunch till 3 pm, but it may delay more. If you eat lunch later than this, you may gain weight quickly and develop stomach problems. Due to which the food is also not digested properly. So lunch should be taken at the right time.
🟣 When should we have dinner?
Food should be taken at least two to three hours before going to bed at night. This does not mean that if you go to bed at 2 o’clock in the night, you should have dinner at 11 o’clock. Even if for some reason you sleep late, you should eat between 7 and 8 pm. This is considered the best time. Eating late at night can worsen digestion. Apart from this, eating late also produces stress hormones. This leads to less sleep and can also increase belly fat. Eating breakfast late at night should also be avoided.
